I should have seen the red flags early on when I realised that the CEO is a controlling, inept (at best), disingenuous ‘leader’. He is immature, bullish and beyond uninspiring. In fact none of the leadership seem to have integrity, they’re just the puppets of the CEO. It’s a toxic, uninspiring place to be. They have no EVP and that’s because they have non existent values. Don’t believe the marketing hype about being there for the little person, this is about winning a case based on a sense of ego, if they were true to their marketing, they’d be a completely different operation. It’s a sham and I would avoid at all cost - it made me feel undervalued and knocked my confidence and I was only there for a short time.
