      Pros

      -The company and team culture use to be pretty cool but several incredible team members were replaced by vultures. -If you're looking for experience in the industry and need to get your foot in the door, you can learn a lot starting out here. But tread lightly.

      Cons

      The sales team doesn't know how to say no to any project opportunity and as a result, the understaffed team is frequently overworked. Communication is poor. The producers are a clique of gossipy cats. The post production supervisor is a sociopathic narcissist. Oh, and you work for pennies.

      Very good company to work with, guys i worked with one of best and understanding 3D Artist out there. Flexible working hours!

      Work-life balance and a good work environment.

      Cons

      My payment date was the first of June 2025, and they haven't paid me yet! I sent more than 5 emails to the accountant, and the response was always about giving them some time to figure it out, and they never did ... never tried, actually.
