      Pros

      -friendly culture with supportive assistance -flexible schedules and good benefits -a fun balance of creativity and productivity -a place where you can grow and flourish -a place where you are given ample opportunity to get it right. Owning your mistakes makes a difference!! Management is patient and coaches you when you make a mistake. -Managers offer gratitude frequently -My absolute favorite part is that I am cherished for being myself.

      Cons

      -Fast paced environment is not for the weak, luckily years in the restaurant industry help me keep up.

      Pros

      -The company and team culture use to be pretty cool but several incredible team members were replaced by vultures. -If you're looking for experience in the industry and need to get your foot in the door, you can learn a lot starting out here. But tread lightly.

      Cons

      The sales team doesn't know how to say no to any project opportunity and as a result, the understaffed team is frequently overworked. Communication is poor. The producers are a clique of gossipy cats. The post production supervisor is a sociopathic narcissist. Oh, and you work for pennies.
