Pros
There are no pros with this firm even though they may act like there are.
Cons
The employees in the HR department in Kansas City are lackeys that are not about solving problems because they are a part of the problem. They treat the support staff mainly the LAA's with disrespect and believe that the LAA's are at the bottom of the totem pole. They are outdated in their thinking about WFH and thereby micromanage schedules instead of focusing on the results that pay them. They claim to be about diversity, equity & inclusion, however, their moves of terminating majority of the support staff of color in the recent months speaks otherwise. They claim to be about progress and advancement, however, that does not pertain to actual growth in mindset. They are a draconian firm that wants to keep to the status quo while talking big game in the process. Lastly, their tagline "What a law firm should be." is laughable and highly ironic because they are not what a law firm should be, not in a long shot.
