Really warm and welcoming company. Relaxed good-natured working environment and culture. Instantly felt like one of the family there, and as a contractor, I think that's a very rare thing. I was allowed autonomy in the execution of my workload there, was given a wide-ranging remit with varied, interesting, industry-relevant projects. My manager at PoolRe was extremely encouraging and actively encouraged me to act on my instincts, was very responsive to suggestions and recommendations, really consultative process. To be highly commended. Offices are fantastically appointed and located - transport links excellent. Events Committee do regular and well considered events - but that's a very small part of the overall social profile of the organisation with regular and impromptu meet ups. Regular learn-at-lunch events serve to deformalise company workshops. Regular Kitchen Cabinet meetings seek to keep departments informed as to the activities of other functions.

There isn't a single reason I can think of that someone wouldn't want to work here, nor consider themselves lucky that they do.
