The company gives you a lot of accountability from day one, which really helps you strengthen your entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your projects. The team is wonderfully diverse, with talented colleagues from all over the world, making collaboration inspiring and enriching every day.
Cons
Like in any fast-paced environment, the high level of accountability means that you need to be proactive and comfortable taking initiative. For me, this was a positive challenge, but it might not suit everyone.
