      Mismanagement and toxic culture

      Pros

      International team Office in the old town 90% of the team are nice people

      Cons

      Totally mismanaged company. Decisions are being made by two to three people only so it serves their interest. Good, hard working people have been let go, whereas people who messed up multiple times and cost the company a lot of money get to stay on and promoted to management.

      -Toxic CEO that talks bad about his own employees and is a micromanager. -Too much drama in the company -No opportunities to grow within the company - Bad financial state

      Very low salaries and very high workload

      Pros

      - Employees are smart and have no issues with working very long hours where needed (unfortunately most of the time). Potentialpark definitely knows how to recruit good people. - It's a good place for foreigners to start a career in Sweden - Collaborative culture

      Cons

      - Workload and salaries much lower than Swedish standards. Young people lured by management's hope-selling style - The decision-makers (3-4 persons) have been there for too long. They have had their chance to grow the company and unfortunately, as long as they are around, this will limit Potentialpark's growth
