Pros

-Lots of helpful faces to help aid in any next steps for tickets -Salary is average based on work load -Bonuses -Room for growth -Work/life balance is above average here. All in all, Power Consulting is growing, and everyday they are making this company a better place to work, and to be served by.

Cons

-You can be pulled into multiple roles which might cause your performance to worsen from day to day. -Some team mates can seem off putting, and toxic when asked for help. -Lots of tickets assigned in one day, not enough time to get back to past tickets without feeling overwhelmed at times. -Workload varies dramatically -Meetings are held after working hours

Pros

Ownership and management care about their employees as well as their clients. Their actions demonstrate these facts on a regular basis. Fantastic environment to grow your skills, be it as a tech, AM, PM, or even finance/procurement or sales. Great team environment and culture.

Cons

It's still a fairly small though growing MSP. Meaning - some folks still wear too many hats.

Solid Team players, great experience.

Cons

Overwork employees (as most MSPs do) clueless upper management. Stuck in old ways. Inefficient processes. Low pay for the amount of work you put in. No Bonus.
