Pros

Good office perks, lively social activities driven by everyone, amazing opportunity to learn from a wide range of talented individuals across a range of digital fields from some of the best companies. In addition, great portfolio of exciting clients and opportunities to make a difference internally in the company

Cons

Due to small size (London) work gets shifted around a lot, which means you can lose the ability to work with what you may like to do most. Additionally there is a weakness if you don't work on one of the large ecommerce clients as Precis Digital is highly built around these types of clients in regards to internal processes and learnings - practically all senior staff work on these types of clients which means if you work on anything smaller you will inevitably be learning at a much slower pace and will be exposed to significantly less. This means unless you are allocated one of these clients by chance you will be highly disadvantaged and its quite a known issue. If you are very ambitious do consider you will get frustrated if you aren't looped in to larger projects as your clients you work on and overall workload doesn't change a whole lot and is purely determined by clients which are onboarded Additionally, the Swedish (flagship) office takes huge priority compared to the other offices in terms of exclusive trainings, clients moving office and general resource allotment which can mean you lose ownership

Hi, Big thanks for adding a review and recommending us :)! You mention a lot of good thoughts on how we could improve. It's hard to cover all of them without but two things I thought I would mention are: 1) The clients/projects - we have had similar situations at times at different offices, especially at the beginning of an office. Our aim is always to be able to work with clients that are developing for us and everyone working on the account - and the long term plan for each office is to have a group of clients that we really can partner with to do advanced and complex projects that will give us learning opportunities. Let us know in Peakon if you think this has not changed since you wrote the review! 2) On the Stockholm-center note, it's fully true that Stockholm (as the first and largest office) is much in the centre of attention. One action that we think can help us work with this is the new changes within CEO-structure, where we from the 2nd of October will have a fully dedicated group CEO that will be able to allocate more time to working with all offices rather than splitting that task with working also as the Stocholm CEO. All the best, Matilda Aravena, HR
