Thanks for adding a review! Always tricky to answer as an employer but we thought we should give it a go since we have some thoughts around the areas you mention.
When it comes to option we had a long discussion on how to set up the program and who to include. One thing we had in mind during that discussion is that we have previously received feedback (in our monthly employee survey) on that we are not as strong as an employer when it comes to giving senior employes (who tend to have worked longer for Precis) some extra recognition and benefits. It's a balance - while we do love to have benefits that are shared amongst everyone we also see the need to be able to allow for differences so that, for example, a promotion comes with something extra. Our option program is still super new and we are testing it out - so there might be changes further along and we will definitely keep this feedback in mind as well.
Treating non-senior employees as lesser employees go fully against our culture - if you are still at Precis we would love if you could write a bit more about it during the next peakon-survey round (or if you prefer I'm open for a chat/call/hangout). If such behaviours have been displayed it's definitely something we would like to work with and change as soon as possible.
