Managers and union employees make great pay, the parts and processes are interesting
Cons
No communication, lack of knowledgeable leadership, employees thrive on assigning blame and avoiding resolution, projects are almost never completed, no follow through in any aspect, managers spend more than 80% of their time in meetings resulting in very little decision making and face to face interaction. Poorly run company all around
