Pros
Good Benefits, fair salary for managers and supervisors, great stock options. Promote continuous education. Really good health plan with low costs for employees.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to care about general workers. Micromanaged from top down. Do not promote quality employees to higher positions. Poor communication between divisions. Too much emphasis on reducing costs instead of fixing processes to reduce costs.
