Good pay - Twin Screw Operator Pregis Employee Review

Severely understaffed. Poor management. There is very little communication between the office staff and floor staff. They constantly try and push the mentality of we're all on team but will constantly do things to show the divide between office and floor staff. One glaring example of this is the office staff will buy themselves lunch very Friday and the floor staff will get nothing. During Christmas those who worked received nothing while the office bough lunch 3 times that week alone. When asked about it we got told the expense report was to high and they couldn't swing it. Over 4 million dollars in sales at this plant alone and that wasn't possible. In the 4 years I've been employed there has been an issue with retention, management has blamed the pandemic but the issue has been going on long before that happened.
