Pros
If you do your job well by winning new business and consistently putting forward candidates and setting interviews you will have complete autonomy in this business. Team is very fun and supportive.
Cons
Company based in UK so there can be some communication breakdown, but it's not been too problematic and they give you the tools to succeed so it makes up for it. Health insurance could be better, but we are small in US so that to be expected.
