Pros
As previous reviews have said, there are a lot of good people working here who are helpful. Service provided to customers is very good, few complaints for a company with 2m customers Pay and rations are fair and there are some very good additional benefits Depends on your view point but new owners are bringing about change, the company needed to get a bit more modern and it is. some people don't like change hence the negativity.
Cons
Yes the building is a bit dated but there is talk of improving/moving, its not being ignored Change has brought about a fair bit of additional hours - but you get rewarded for it if involved
