Press Ganey used to have an amazing culture with a decent work life balance.
Cons
no worklife balance. employees are quitting and not being replaced causing the individuals still there to take on an even larger workload. People are working 60+ hours a week, but since we are all salary now, management no longer cares.

Thank you for the feedback. We encourage you to reach out to your manager about your current caseload. While April – June is a busy timeframe due to the seasonality of healthcare annual employee engagement surveys, we still recognize the importance of work-life balance and the need to decompress.
Talk to your manager about leveraging our unlimited paid time off and getting a few days planned on the books, or flexible start/stop times during your day to make sure you are able to take breaks to recharge. Your health and wellbeing are top priorities for senior leadership and management.
PG has many talented people that are amazing to work with and learn from. The account teams are structured to allow amazing people working together to support client goals and foster a collaborative environment.
Cons
Upward mobility isn't always aligned perfectly for some roles
- The middle management is joke
- Many changes on the product direction in the middle of implementation process
- Lack of communication between middle management and IC
