While we dispute the claims you’re making here, we also hear your frustration with recent changes and take it seriously. At Press Ganey, we prioritize our people and our clients above all else. Like many companies right now, Press Ganey is adjusting spending to ensure continued strength through an inflationary and recessionary environment. The company went to great lengths to limit the number of employees whose jobs were impacted by cost-cutting. Unfortunately, some layoffs were still necessary – a decision that was not made lightly.
