    I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Salary is good for beginners.

    Cons

    People will dominate you until you feel like resigning the job. Supervisors/Team Leaders treat you like a slave.

    Advice to Management

    Minimise the job responsibilities to the new Team Members. Once for all on same is too much and we lose interest in the job soon.

    Payment on time good n fun environment

    Cons

    Low salary,they don t pay overtime although they ask you to work overtime regularly at least at Oxford street pret
