Crazy work hours 0 respect for employees Too much stress, let's face it pret, you're a sandwich shop Not that good wages anymore, everyone around you is raising the hourly wages, 10p is not enough Communication sucks Crazy standards impossible to follow 0 motivation for staff, if you treat people like they're useless and worthless, they won't work so well anymore Employees are the blood of the company, not customers, not ingredients, not the shops, TREAT PEOPLE PROPERLY!!!!
