great bonus scheme is you're in a good shop, no issues with salary or holiday pay
Cons
to get good results, you need to work basically all the time. especially if you're unlucky enough that your shop doesn't make much money. then you need to cover TMs labour by yourself. I've experienced many shifts from 5am until 8pm
