level of stress in the work environment. The high-pressure atmosphere often made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the maintenance of the service was not up to par, as I would rate it a 2 out of 5. This impacted the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Another concern I had was the implementation of certain ideas that were not well thought out and did not produce the desired results. This led to additional pressure and difficulties in meeting unrealistic targets. Furthermore, although my contract stated a 42-hour workweek, I often found myself working a minimum of 60 hours at the shop and even spending a couple of extra hours working from home. This imbalance between contracted hours and actual workload affected my overall well-being and job satisfaction. The culture and values of this company has gone after Pandemic. Really Sad news.
