Nice team but - Pay and Benefits Advisor Pret A Manger Employee Review

Benefit offering is very limited in comparison to other companies. Micromanagement and hostile working environment. The Pay and Benefits manager was very temperamental so was difficult to approach with any concerns. Below average pay. I would recommend other areas of the business but avoid pay and benefits if you prefer a more structured and hands off manager
