Thanks for sharing your thoughts on our updated flexible work policy, which requires employees to be in the office just two days a week, and gives them the ability to continue to have choice over where they work the majority of days. We understand that change can be hard, and the transition may cause discomfort. We are happy to share that most employees are adjusting well and enjoying being in the office.
Our decision was driven by several considerations including enhanced collaboration and communication, to reignite and enhance our company culture, and to provide more networking and development opportunities for our employees – all of which were highlighted as essential areas in our most recent employee engagement survey.
Our leaders have reinforced that all of our employees are valuable, and acknowledged that some may unfortunately choose to leave if they decide a fully remote job is the best decision for them.
