Pros

Strong manager development, real coaching, and clear expectations High standards across the board, they attract top talent because they operate like a premier provider Multiple verticals, so you can learn new skill sets, move around, and advance if you earn it Leadership is present and engaged, not “office-only” Owners and leadership will show up on-site, sometimes unannounced, and work right alongside the team You’ll often see leaders doing real work in the field, not just directing it

Cons

Not a place to slack or coast, complacency gets noticed fast The pace and expectations can feel intense if you’re used to a slower environment You need personal accountability and pride in your work every day

Pros

Can pick your own events if they are available Breaks are paid.

Cons

Directions on what to do are often not clearly defined, leaving the associate and the supervisor guessing. Some supervisors rarely check on their people who are stuck at a post, often leaving several hours between bathroom breaks. Some shifts are five hours and some are 16+. An 8 hour shift will warrant a 15 minute break and a short lunch break. A 16 hour shift has the same number of breaks. If you do not have an Unarmed Security Guard card, the events are very limited. Getting a card through Pride takes much longer than promised. Sometimes it feels like they pick favorites to work instead of first come first served, They will also pull from events without calling or email if they don't need you.
