Pros

If you are a fan of Napoleon style of leadership, overall poor management, low IQ thinking this is your place.

Cons

The place is a toxic hole. CEO is Paranoid and Untrustworthy Non-Stop Threats and Controlling Rules There are no boundaries, always on call. Upper management dismal of these issues, always blame the employees for any problem. Definitely in denial

10/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros

You get to attend events you would normally pay for.

Cons

From what I've seen firsthand, working under bosses who don't value their team is really tough. Everyone was always on edge, feeling stressed out and unappreciated. It was like walking on eggshells every day, never knowing when you'd be the next target of blame or belittling. There was no room to grow or learn; it felt like being stuck in a dead-end job. And it wasn't just about the work - the negativity took a toll on everyone's mental and physical health, too. People started looking for new jobs just to escape the bad vibes. It was a relief to move on from that kind of environment.

High Expectations - One of A Kind

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Strong manager development, real coaching, and clear expectations High standards across the board, they attract top talent because they operate like a premier provider Multiple verticals, so you can learn new skill sets, move around, and advance if you earn it Leadership is present and engaged, not “office-only” Owners and leadership will show up on-site, sometimes unannounced, and work right alongside the team You’ll often see leaders doing real work in the field, not just directing it

Cons

Not a place to slack or coast, complacency gets noticed fast The pace and expectations can feel intense if you’re used to a slower environment You need personal accountability and pride in your work every day
