Headquarter has been putting up positive cost saving plan. However, during the implementation, the plan is being diverted into the journey of destroying company brand and images towards company stakeholders. Example such as staff incentives program, staff increment and allowance are diverted to become incentives and simply deducted as a saying of under-performance. However, every "saving" never clearly declared in Profit and Loss Meeting. This is a place without consider human morale and mutual respect. All staff are mentally abused and verbally harassed by the DGM. The working environment full of threatening and condemning. Current situation causes not just local people, even BRC workers unwilling to perform and work in this condition. I faced several attempts in observing mentally distorted and lost control actions. A lot of external companies unwilling to work for Primataste and this is how, making the company tougher to meet a good business. There are alots of hidden losses not being surfaced; and some are buried due to staff work survivor.
