There are many positives that PrimePay has to offer: - Thorough interview process where you meet supervisors from your Area Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President of Sales - Great compensation and great benefits. - State of the art training process where trainees are sent to headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and treated like guests of honor. - Ability to prospect any and all businesses from all types of industries. - Opportunity to sell right away, where I was able to make 28 deals and sell $40,000 in revenue in my first three months.
Cons
The only con is the enrollment process. - While enrolling clients helps develop your knowledge of payroll and products, the enrollments process can be time consuming if you have a big deal in the middle of a quarter.
