- great pension scheme - location of offices - free car parking - brand reputation in the marketplace
Cons
- Blame Culture - Lack of budgets - Office spaces backdated to the 90’s despite amazing location, dreary drab offices - flexible working has been removed (now 4 days in office from Jan 25). - limited progression (in order to progress you need to be in the “click”. - no company bonus payout for over 8 years (personal pays out but extremely limited)
