Pros

Great teams in store, good discount.

Cons

Senior management is idiotic and running the business into the ground. They understaff your stores, and instead of advocating for you (quite literally their job) will tell you that you’re the problem. Standing up for your people will only get you let go. Big “Drink the Kool Aid vibes”. Senior Retail Leadership (HQ Partners) WILL undermine you, take away your anonymity, and drink on the job while they’re doing it. I could not emphasize enough to stay far away from this company.

Pros

At first, the team you work on us a pro and this depends on what team you're on. Interesting work events, and learning opportunities. Benefits were decent and pay eventually was "okay"

Cons

Where to start? I worked here for many years and got incredible reviews on my performance however the comments on here about people being secretly fired without any warning or reason are unfortunately 100% true. Upper management has favorites even if those favorites aren't good at their jobs. They will keep them employed and fire anyone else who they suspect could be going against the grain with absolutely no proof just a hunch. When I say, "don't drink the kool-aide" what I mean is you might think you're solid because you've worked here for 5 years and get promotions, bonuses, 'rave reviews', but you're completely replaceable. And they are quite savage about it - you'd like you've been gaslit for how suddenly they will pull the rug from under you. I was a ride or die employee for many years and it saddens me to write this review but it's unfortunately 100% true. Take the job if you want, learn as much as you can, add it to your resume and look some something else ASAP before they decide to (without warning) let go of you.
