Cons

Severely unstable management under constant pressure. No part time jobs, so only casuals or full-time (management). Meaning more instability regarding shifts. Workers are scared of being unavailable or sick in case it will lead to them being cut or fired. Constant pressure from management and national manager without any feedback when you are going above and beyond. Insanely high turnover of casuals due to the pressure and bad vibes from management.
