- No structure or training to encourage career growth. You are only given one brief yearly review without constructive plans for ways to improve. The company only focuses on business success rather than supporting employee growth as well - Absent CEOs and founders prevents company from feeling connected to embrace collected values. There isn’t a united enthusiasm to work towards a common goal - Underpaid! Current employees should look at competitive rates to see the gap - Incredibly high turnover. Company views employees as dispensable - Close minded, will let employees go rather than have open communication (as other reviews have said as well) - Lack of diversity
