The atmosphere is challenging, which is great if that's what you're looking for - fast paced, constantly on, and always things that need doing, but be prepared for the sink or swim mentality from management.
Cons
It's a sink or swim mentality, which means some are left to flounder if you don't have the right management. Communication about the business and what we're up to just doesn't happen, and senior management see employees as numbers.
