      I am not able to think of one positive to write. The quality is poor, leadership is weak and lacks experience, no team spirit internally, a regulatory nightmare. Mission statement sounds good but is not measured or followed in day to day function

      There are not many pros, depending on which group you align with. Sales leadership is misaligned.

      Pay scale is low considering the amount of work they would like you to do, extremely competitive between team members, and they love to micro-manage.
