This is an awful company to work for, the best thing I have done in the last 3 years is leave. Working for this company caused me severe health problems. The staff are over worked and underpaid, you are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines. If you ask management for help the situation occurs that you are seen not to be trying hard enough and your life becomes even more miserable so it's best not to say anything and just suffer it. Management, HR & leadership pretend to be there for you if needed however it becomes quickly apparent that if they are needed then everyone is only looking out for themselves and suddenly someone is needed to blame for the issue. If your keep your head down and agree with everything you are told then you will quickly rise up through the ranks over a short period of time - even if you are completely incapable of doing the job well. If you dare to have a personality and an opinion then you're simply a problem which needs getting rid of. The experience of working for ProPharmaGroup left me feeling ill, insulted, demotivated, depressed and bullied. Avoid!

People managers who lack the basic skills. The investors business model delivered by the new CEO to drive more profit margins on a lower staffing level whilst the existing staff stress and worry, it is fine though, that is just the way things are. The "boys" or "girls" club, all protecting each other, yep that mentality. Poor or lack of action when raising concerns in operations. Very poor decisions in the role out of projects by very inexperienced "directors". I wouldn't recommend this as a place to work.
