Pros
The small percentage of genuine team members remaining
Cons
Too many and not enough space... Constant stress, constant fear of losing your job, constant change in priorities, psychologically unsafe environment, no diversity, low salaries, no opportunities for growth...the list goes on. Since the acquisition (2022), there have been 4 mass layoffs. They have let go a significant portion of team members who were the only ones making a true positive impact for the company. It's evident that even the executive leadership (all brand new) doesn't have a say in the direction of this company. The only decision maker is the owner of the company and he wants his playbook to be followed to the letter. Fun fact, ProductPlan has been executing the PE strategy ever since it was acquired, and it continues to do poorly. If you provide any opinions at all, they will show you the door. And they have made that known to everyone... Despite poor performance quarter over quarter, leadership has refused to take ownership and change the strategy. Instead, they only put blame on the team that works 12hr+ days. I would not recommend working here. Not anymore.
