9yThanks for your comments, they are very well thought out. We do appreciate your service to our company. Our Helpdesk Support Staff personnel are some of the most important people in our company. It is an entry level position and is one of the ways to be a part of our company. We recognize that people may want or need additional responsibility but we have to balance that with their ability to handle that additional responsibility. We recognize that each person’s perception of their ability may not be the same as our perception of their ability. In those cases, we try to welcome an open dialog to try to come to a common understanding. In the past, we have had some supervisors who have not done this particularly well. We also, at a management level, recognize that we can improve our communication. Since the time you left your review, we have made some structural changes to the oversight in our Helpdesk Support Staff as well as intentional and substantive changes in the way that we communicate company-wide. It’s our hope that these changes will help current and future employees have a better understanding of what is going on around the company.
