Easy money, but app issues can be frustrating - Anonymous employee Prolific Employee Review

I love working with prolific. The support is great and the range of options for surveys is large.

Sometimes there aren’t enough surveys

Great quick cash, fun, interesting surveys.

My account was placed on hold 2 times by chat bots, ironically. I complained. I was told I was fine, received an email it would not happen again and to continue working. While in the midst of another survey, I got locked out again. My information was 100% legitimate. No VPN, No double paypals. I used my correct DOB and address. Very frustrating, and now I have money pending I have to wait for. Not to mention, they basically have a slew of personal information about me (i.e, my demographics, my political views, my blood type, etc.) Pretty upsetting, especially when I did nothing. Please be careful and avoid this platform. They have so much of my personal information now. I do not feel after my experience, they can be trusted.
