- Many changes in management which implies changes in rules, organization and way of working (working hours f.e) - people not rewarded fairly: people promoted according to friendship and other special relations which results on managers less skilled than his/her team and which lead to many people resigning - discrimination on whether you speak Russian or not , they prefer hire directly from russia rather cyprus and few times i tried to refer someone but they wanted only russian speakers - There are also wage disparities that are abnormally high.

The work is very intense and often requires attention even after regular working hours. KPIs are quite high and not always achievable, which can add extra pressure.
