- The office is beautiful and very cozy. Nice benefits after successfully finishing - probation period. - You get to meet smart people. - Decent salary.

Cons

- Propeller's Management is struggling to optimize business processes. - No clear understanding of how to adapt the company to new challenges of the market - All the initiatives to optimize processes and set an order in company's chaos are turned down by the highest management. - Sales people are struggling to keep good customers due to product quality
