Pros

Perfect if you want to waste time doing menial tasks that could otherwise be automated

Cons

HR practices are very unprofessional. They are practically white elephants and come up with silly recreational 'employee engagement' events without first addressing hygiene issues. they discuss and gossip about salaries and contract terms loudly in public. they do not filter interviewees nor write job descriptions. The hiring manager does all that and ends up hiring their own friends to save time and energy. When you come for an interview, they do not meet you- either at the door or even during the interview. If you're hired, they do not meet you at the door, show you around or prepare any induction programs. You're left to figure things out on your own. If you're lucky, your hiring manager might show you around. Leadership is extremely incompetent. Some director expats earn an obscene amount of money but have zero understanding of the market or industry. They suck up to the board / CEO and claim all the credit for the work their subordinates do. But if you ask them real questions, they cannot provide any insight. You'd be working with these incompetent but extremely arrogant fools who are not concerned about anything but their own glory. Some directors are also bullies and will expect you to be at their beck and call even if you do not work directly under them. They are crass, rude, and will throw you or your entire department under the bus during meetings with the CEO. The company does not care for its customers or staff. Everything is about profit. When teams suggest ideas for a better customer experience, the reply is "since your idea doesn't generate revenue, we don't need to pay your salary either."

Pros

Post merger, both PG and IPP combined command 90% of market share in terms of online property seekers in Malaysia.

Cons

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
