It wasn't just another corporate event—you could tell management put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail. It struck a great balance between team bonding, personal development, and having fun, making everyone feel valued and connected. I'm especially grateful for my direct manager. He's been an incredible mentor throughout my time here. Whenever I faced challenges, he always made time to listen, offer thoughtful advice, and help me see situations from a different perspective.
