Proterra has the resources actually make a difference. There’s funding, people, supply agreements and processes. If you are sheltered from the inter location politics, day to day work can be great! Small teams mean you can create a big impact
Cons
After once being a technology leader, I feel like the engineering A-team has moved on to other opportunities , B-Team is trying to fill the void, and the C-team is trying to maintain dated battery technology. Eyes are looking more at Harbringer now. But with the right people, I think it could be turned around….
