Poor pay and lack of job security. The management does not care about employee well-being and they foster a toxic work environment where you are constantly being overworked. The company discriminates against non-French speaking individuals and minorities. Avoid.

They offer a summer schedule, lots of cool projects, opportunities to learn from senior employees, and free coffee.

There is no company-wide standard, salaries are low, and you have to fight to get what you somewhat deserve. Communication is often lacking but it depend on the project manager, and taking sick days especially on Mondays and Friday will be criticized . Employee development plans aren’t really in place or, at the very least, aren’t effectively applied. Internal drama is not uncommon.
