      Lot of liberties in schedule and work organisation. Great support in learning opportunies. Out of work activities are very present and enjoyable.

      Compagny is slightly too big and that can cause communication problem.

      You get to work with brilliant architects on some interesting projects

      Cons

      Poor pay and lack of job security. The management does not care about employee well-being and they foster a toxic work environment where you are constantly being overworked. The company discriminates against non-French speaking individuals and minorities. Avoid.
