      Pros

      Great people, both in London and internationally. Interesting work and opportunities to partner with premium publishers to solve their monetisation challenges.

      Cons

      Retention rate wasn't amazing but that was only because some star players left for more senior roles.

      Strong, knowledgeable teams and a good place to learn the ins and outs of the ad tech space. You get to work with people who know the industry well, and there are truly amazing people on the teams.
