Really feels great to collaborate with everyone here. - High bar for technical talent. Everyone is smart and capable and someone you can learn from. - Excellent work-life balance for a startup. Never feel pressured to put in the hours as long or skip vacation or work sick. Everyone works efficiently to ship a lot of great code.
Cons
- Occasionally there are days with no dogs in the office 😢 - Permits are kinda confusing (thankfully some people understand them and help us out!) - FOMO: too many of us to sit with everyone at lunch
