Nice team and it was a good experience, especially for a small startup.

No management and there was little to no proof-of-concepts

The Canterbury team are incredibly supportive and I genuinely enjoyed working with everyone in the office. I gained extensive on-site experience, which is a valuable opportunity that many Part I assistants I’ve spoken to in other practices haven’t had. I worked on a diverse range of unique projects. I received external training in software I was previously less familiar with (Revit).

Sometimes I had a lack of resource on projects.
