      Pros

      Employee centric and in general treat their staff very well. Great vision and industry to work on. Welcoming and inclusive Professional advancement within the company over time

      Cons

      Management seem unable to take make the right, often difficult decision and choose the path of less resistance. Not all teams are as welcoming and some senior staff have risen through the ranks without the appropriate skills. A rising tide that has risen all the boats.

      Pros

      The Canterbury team are incredibly supportive and I genuinely enjoyed working with everyone in the office. I gained extensive on-site experience, which is a valuable opportunity that many Part I assistants I’ve spoken to in other practices haven’t had. I worked on a diverse range of unique projects. I received external training in software I was previously less familiar with (Revit).

      Sometimes I had a lack of resource on projects.
