      Pros

      Direct communication with company owner. Highly skilled production team for manufacturing of products. Design team is creative, agile, and has a high attention to detail.

      Cons

      Typically very busy. But, work load can slow down at times. No furloughs though. It just depends on the needs of the customers at the time.

      Pure Plastics and Metals is a friendly work environment filled with hard working employees. The boss expects the best from those who work for him, and will do his best to help you meet your full potential.

      Occasionally will have a pizza party.

      Cons

      Zero accountability whatsoever. Every man is for himself when dealing with these gentlemen. One of the most memorable quotes when dealing with the owner was , “Not my monkeys not my circus.” Interesting way to view your company and employees would not recommend the headaches
