The only pro was the fact that you actual get your pay check on-time and a stub.
Cons
Biggest con is management that speaks in badly broken English, go around all day harassing all the employees. It is affecting every department where there seems to be conflict among them and things don't get done in time because of the constant miscommunication of what things need to be complete or able to ship. And the fact that 80% of the employees don't read write or speak English very well. So they hire experienced over qualified people for when they have a moment of a large work load, then pull what ever dislike or false opinion they can to fire them when the work slows. Inside source informed me that some of the employees are illegals. which at one time had immigration show up at the business to have them run out the back and not be discovered.
